Choice of Organisation name

  • Hydralab Participant name / number: If you are a formal Participant within the Hydralab consortium, please select your organisation details from the drop down list.
  • International Advisory Board (IAB): Only select this if you are a member of the Hydralab International Advisory Board but are not a Participant.
  • European Commission: Only select this if you work for DG Research or DG Environment of the European Commission
  • Invited Participants : Select this if you do not fall into any of the categories above but have been invited to participate in HydralabIII.

Website Access:

The Hydralab website hasbeen designed for use by a range of different users, and consequently access to some areas is restricted. Access is permitted according to your registration details; your registration details will be reviewed by the Project Coordinator before initial authorisation and any subsequent changes.

The following list summarises the current access rights of users:

  • Participants and European Commission: Access to all areas
  • IAB: Access to all areas except Contract & Budget Documents
  • Invited Participants : Access to all areas except Contract & Budget Documents, Progress Reporting, EC Annual Reports and Board Reports
  • General Public: No access to the Participant Area

Access to the Meetings & Events area is open to all users, but the content is tailored to specific user access rights. For example, public users will only see details of public events whilst participants will see details of all public and participant specific events. Documents may be attached to specific events, such as agendas, minutes, presentations etc. Access to these documents is limited to members of those specific meetings (e.g. activity members for activity meetings, board members for board meetings etc.).

Access to the Project Documents area and the News section is open to all users, but the content is tailored to specific user access rights. For example, public users will only see public documents and news whilst participants will see both public and participant specific documents and newsletters.  Access to documents may be further restricted (e.g. to activity) by their owners.
